Meet Celebrant Shan
Welcome lovely beings, I am so pleased you have landed here. My name is Shannon Mann - but call me Shan (they/them) - I am the founder of Ceremony Collaborative and a qualified civil marriage celebrant spicing up the wedding industry across Victoria.
I’m the Celebrant for all you loved-up hunnies wanting to tie the knot and crave a ceremony tailored precisely to your sweet taste buds, with no suggestion too wild or wacky. I will be your strong and playful sounding board, co-creator and guide in actualizing the ceremony of your wildest dreams.
I am a hopeless romantic and a sucker for declarations of love (especially ones that entail Kylie Minouge blasting whilst you and your love gallop majestically off into the sunset, rocking bedazzled cowboy hats as a flock of white doves are released) Yes - this could be you!
My ethos is bound in inclusion, integrity and the expression of truthful love. In essence I genuinely care about who you are, your love story and how you want to celebrate that. If you’re after a Celebrant with a wholesome soul and groove like no other, let's grab a cuppa!

A “registry style wedding”; punchy, short and succinct – with a hell of a lot more style and personality than the register.
Includes:- Obligation free initial 20 minute ‘vibe check’ chat via zoom
- 1 x Face-to-face or virtual meeting to complete paperwork
- Completion & lodgement of all paperwork
- I will write your legals only ceremony & we add any personal sentiments you wish for
- Facilitation of your short & sweet ceremony (by me!)

1. Suss the vibe
Book in for a free no-obligation chat to see if we are the right fit for one another.
2. Let’s grab a cuppa
You, your love & I get together over a chill beverage (in person/zoom) & throw some ideas around about your dream ceremony. I get to know you; you get to know me & we establish which ceremony package best suits you!
A 50% booking fee must be paid to solidify your ceremony date and put the paperwork into motion.
3. Boring (but necessary) paperwork
You show me your mug shots and sign the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) to submit to the government to make this thing official. This has to be completed no less than one month prior to your ceremony date and no more than 18 months in advance.
4. Spill the Tea!
This is where you spill the details on your love story, the hilarious bits, the sentimental, the tales that you hold close. With my crafty questions I’ll extract all the juicy details to design your personalized wedding ceremony script.
5. Rehearsal*/Final Meeting
Collaboratively, we will land on the sweet spot and finalize the wedding ceremony you deeply resonate with, ready for your big day. We will stay in communication via phone/email along the way & have a final meeting/run through to polish it off!

6. Let’s get you hitched!
Now it's time to do this thing for real! It’s my job to ease your nerves, hold the fort and guide you through your perfect wedding ceremony with ease! After the ceremony, you, me and the witnesses will sign some paperwork, with a negroni or two in hand! Ps. this doesn’t have to be straight after the ceremony, feel free to embrace your friends & fam then let’s sign!
7. Mr, Mrs, Mx - You’re married!
Within 14 days of your ceremony, I will lodge the remaining paperwork to the Registry and get your marriage all official. You're now a married couple in the eyes of the law - booyah baby!
The official marriage certificate will be sent to your nominated address ~ this can take up to 1 month (BDM be slow!)
